The Still Ritual is our signature Japanese Head Spa ritual, thoughtfully tailored to your individual hair and scalp needs.

Your experience begins with a personalised consultation before settling in for a deeply relaxing combination of scalp cleansing, nourishing treatments, therapeutic touch and the calming flow of our Waterfall Halo, featuring carefully selected Davines hair and scalp care.

Every element is chosen with you in mind, allowing us to care for your hair and scalp without following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Your ritual concludes with a complete blow-dry, accompanied by your choice of drink from our drinks menu, so you can ease back into your day feeling lighter, refreshed and beautifully cared for.

The Pause takes our signature ritual beyond the hair and scalp, creating an experience designed to care for you a little more deeply.

Following your personalised consultation, your ritual begins with a relaxing facial featuring Shemana botanical skincare, allowing you to settle in and begin to switch off.

From here, surrender to a tailored Japanese Head Spa featuring Davines hair and scalp care, with cleansing, nourishing treatments, therapeutic touch and the calming flow of our Waterfall Halo, thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs.

Your experience continues with a soothing neck, shoulder and arm massage, allowing any remaining tension to melt away before your ritual comes to a close.

Finish with a complete blow-dry and your choice of drink from our drinks menu, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and completely cared for.

The Renewal Ritual

Our most immersive ritual, created for when you’re ready to completely let go.

The Renewal includes the complete Pause Ritual — your relaxing facial featuring Shemana botanical skincare, personalised Japanese Head Spa featuring Davines hair and scalp care, our soothing Waterfall Halo, and neck, shoulder and arm massage.

Your experience is extended with a dedicated 30-minute foot and leg massage, allowing you to unwind from head to toe.

Your ritual concludes with a complete blow-dry, accompanied by your choice of drink and an individual cheese and grazing plate to enjoy as you ease back into your day.

Do I need to arrive with clean hair?

No. Come as you are — your ritual includes cleansing and scalp care.

Will my hair be dried before I leave?

Yes. Every ritual includes a complete blow-dry so you can leave feeling finished and cared for.

Can I add hair styling?

Yes. Straightening or curling can be added to selected bookings, subject to time and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes within 24 hours will forfeit the booking deposit, and no-shows may be charged the full service fee. We understand unexpected situations happen, so please contact us as soon as possible.
